You Should Be All In

Get All In and Stop Toe Dipping

Are you “All In“? That is a simple question… ARE YOU “ALL IN”? I am speaking about your primary business. Are you fully engaged and making your business a success? Or are you just toe-dipping?

I don’t have time for toe dippers. You know who the toe dippers are. I know them because I used to be one. I have been very keen on spotting them. They are the people who ask for the “secret formula” to success but have not bought all the products. They call and email you and want the “magic pill” but haven’t written one blog post, spent a dime in advertising, and haven’t spent 1 hour reading anything.

Toe dippers never get in the pool. They dip their toes to check the temperature. “Oh, it’s too cold… it’s too hot… let’s go find another pool.” You don’t get rewarded for being average. Toe dippers get below-average results. Toe Dippers get demoted, fired, or laid off. They never make the money they think should make. The Toe Dippers never get All In.

All In and other Businesses

In real estate, you don’t earn the big commissions if you are not “All In.” For a real estate agent “All In” means your real estate license, your Realtor® Designation, E&O Insurance, business license in some cities, Realtor® Dues, MLS Fees, and that’s just to get started.

All in

If you are not in compliance with all your real estate requirements… you lose out on money. No BPOs, occupancy checks, inspections, referral fees, commissions on alarm systems, and utility services. You miss out on deep discounts on travel, rental cars, professional services, cell phone services, and buying cars. Why? Because you didn’t get all in.

Worst you may have to split your commissions because you have to piggyback on someone who is all in and they get paid off your hard work. When you use another Realtor’s MLS to list your property they get all the benefits. You have to pay them, they get marketing exposure, and you are helping their stats. Way to go big guy!

Professionals Do It too

Teachers, Accountants, Athletes, Entertainers, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, Military Personnel, Nurses, Doctors, and politicians all have to be all in to get their full pay. Union members have to pay their dues or they can’t work. If you are not certified to drive forklifts, handle chemicals, or licensed you are out of a job.

Just look at what all in means for employees. If they are not all in on their jobs they don’t get pensions, medical benefits, retirement plans, vacations, or sick days. Temporary employees do not get those benefits because they are not all in.

Professionals like doctors, teachers, lawyers, and others have to get recertified, keep their skills up to date, attend events, and get more education. Athletes and entertainers have to pay their union does. Athletes have to go to mini camps, training camps, and fan appreciation days, and keep a strict no-drugs policy. They are all in.

All In and Your Business

I have only one question now. Why aren’t you all in? Every successful person is all in except YOU! It would help if you found a way to buy all the products. You need to attend events and attend training. Furthermore, you must finally get your license, and certification, or complete those classes now.

If you don’t have the money or the time. Go make some sales to get to where you need to go. You may have to borrow money from your credit cards or a friend and then work your butt off to pay them back. You have to make time and cancel some other activities. Stop with the S.O.S. ( Shiny Object Syndrome) and commit to being successful in your business.

Decide to be “All In” Financially (on all products), Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually in your business and you will be a phenomenal success.
